Checklist

The film investigates common myths about the Reformation and the key ideas Luther espoused that resulted in the breaking away of believers and the establishment of non-Catholic Christian religions—ideas still firmly at the heart of modern Protestant theology. These include:

  • Sola scriptura (the Bible is all you need to believe in God and faithfully follow Christ)

  • Sola fide (all you need is faith in God, and works are not necessary for salvation)

  • The canon of Scripture

  • The different conceptions of tradition and the role it plays in salvation

Featuring:

This course was very informative. It included the brief but poiniant history of Martin Luther and how the Protestant Revolution was fanned by Martin Luther. The video shows in a concise manner how Protestantism doesn't work in a diplomatic manner. For anyone wanting to get started in Apologetics, this course will wet your appetite and leave you satisfied yet wanting to explore further. This investigation is possible through a number of aplogetic books written by Catholic authors and for anyone who is familiar with Apologetics, it serves as great refresher course. Jimmy Akins commentaries were very well presented as well as Tim Staples and Trent Horn himself. I loved it!

I found the information refreshing and practical. It helps any Catholic with or without experience or knowledge to invite to and/or defend our Catholic Faith.

This was my first time to listen to Trent Horn. I love the way he lays out the truth, step by step. Since my mind is not as well organized as his, I will lean on the truths he expounds upon and share him with my fallen away Catholic sister. We all deserve to hear truth.
